Highland Homecoming Meal
On Friday 30th January, in celebration of the launch of Highland Homecoming. Allan Little from the Riverhouse restaurant lead a team. They cooked the menu created by S4 pupils Lauren Fraser and Andrew MacKenzie, when they took part in the Battle of the Chefs competition, and were the runners up. Well done to them! The four course lunch included capapes, venision loin, and apple and fig crumble, with homemade tablet to finish. The staff volunteers all said it was delicious! - When's the next event like this?
